CULTUREFIT is an internal marketplace analytics and optimization application operated by Madhurm Creations.
The application may process marketplace business information that Madhurm Creations is authorized to access, including advertising performance, listings, inventory, sales, pricing, financial transactions, settlements, fees, refunds and related operational data.
Information is used to analyze and improve Madhurm Creations' own marketplace operations, including advertising, listings, inventory, finance, reconciliation and profitability.
CULTUREFIT is designed to avoid buyer personally identifiable information where it is not necessary for the intended functionality.
We aim to use least-privilege access, encrypted transport, secure credential storage and controlled access to marketplace information.
Marketplace information is not sold. Any infrastructure or service providers used to operate the application are evaluated and configured according to applicable data-protection and marketplace requirements.
Information is retained only as needed for legitimate business and application purposes and is deleted according to applicable marketplace policies and legal requirements.
